Phi!Speech

Phi!Speech is one of the most loved and fascinating workshops planned by Phi!Number.

80% of the problems related to growth, improvement and lack of success in sport and in life is due to an inefficient communication.

If on your boat anarchy is the rule, with everybody talking and expressing his/her own personal point of view, or if your tactician is absolutely good but at the right moment he can’t properly express his ideas, the moment to call Phi!Number has come! Same suggestions for those coaches that have to communicate with their athletes!

DESCRIPTION:

Phi!Speech workshop analyses all the issues pertaining the on-board information flow with the aim to achieve the team’s competitive objectives, pointing out the necessary instruments that have to be applied to reach effective communication. The workshop will be held in class and on boat, through a didactic path both in class and on water, making recourse to Power Point presentations and practical exercises. During the workshop you will be provided with all the study material you need in order to deal with the issue.

TO WHOM IS IT ADDRESSED?

To sailors, shipowners, coaches and sailing teachers who are willing to create a harmonic and focused atmosphere not only on board!
