Phi!Number, in collaboration with Sonnomedica (sleep-related disturb company based in Milan) and Dr Caludio Stampi  (one of the most important experts in the field), has created one of the most interesting workshops for sailors,  athletes and professionals: the “Sleep Performance Optimization”.

Phi!Sleep is a workshop entirely dedicated to sleep management. We will teach you how to sleep well in every possible and stressful situation and at any time of the day, remaining focused and recharging energy as soon as possible. 

“Working with single-handed sailors racing in long regattas – Dr Stampi explains – we discovered that the best results as far as concentration and quality lifestyle are concerned are obtained sleeping just 4 hours a day, spending 4 hours awake interrupted by short naps of 30/60 minutes each. Single-handed sailing is a good model to concentrate on since the sailor is completely alone and mind, intellect and body must work together to bring about the best results.
