Acabete is a Corinthian project – without professional sailors – made up of authentic and passionate sailors from the Parma area, led by Giovanni Canali and Matteo Guareschi, the true souls of the team.
After a few seasons of self-management, they turned to Phi!Number, winning the most important regattas in their competitive calendar in the following seasons, including the 151 Miglia in 2015 in the C IRC category on board an Elan 410.
They also raced on the world champion M37 on which they carried out precious winter training, continuing in the following seasons with an X41 and then aboard “Enigma”, a GS37 owned by them.
Over the years following Phi!Number’s intervention, Acabete Sailing Team managed to conquer the podium in all the championships in which it competed (winter championships of La Spezia and Carrara from 2015 to 2018) in the ORC B category, until the project came to an end in 2018.
